How to Beat Age Effects and Restore Your Youth Once Again

Aging is a universal phenomenon that affects every living being. We are no exception to this rule. Human growth hormone or HGH is the master hormone in your body that controls all other hormones and growth processes in the body. The production of this hormone is at its peak level during childhood and early adolescence.
However, it begins declining after the age of 30. Research indicates that drop in HGH levels is the main cause of all aging processes in the body.
Some of the most common signs of aging include:
  • appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
  • lack of energy
  • loss of lean muscle in the body
  • weight gain
  • reduced bone strength and density
  • sexual dysfunction and a drop in libido
  • lack of mental concentration
  • poor sleep quality
  • mood swings
  • increased cholesterol
  • reduced immunity etc.
An active and healthy lifestyle can help delay aging significantly. Here are some simple ways to slow down aging:
1. Workout Regularly - A regular workout can help boost growth hormone in your body. Another benefit is that it can boost blood circulation too. This is highly effective in increasing supply of oxygen to various body parts.
People who workout regularly look younger than their peers who follow a sedentary lifestyle. I am 38 now and I have been working out ever since I was 18. I must say, that I look younger than most of my friends who have never worked out in their life.
2. Sleep Tight - Lack of sleep is one of the major causes of aging. Your body releases growth hormone during the first few phases of deep sleep. Lack of sleep can disturb this cycle and result in lower secretion of growth hormone.
Try to hit your bed early so that you sleep for at least 6-8 hours every night.
3. Beat Stress - Stress can take a toll on your body in many ways. It can increase hormone cortisol that affects both HGH and testosterone levels negatively.
Managing stress is important to beat age effects. You can do it with simple techniques like meditation and yoga. People who practice yoga are able to control stress and anger quite effectively. This helps in controlling cortisol levels so that your body is able to produce growth hormone in a proper way.
4. Natural Growth Hormone Supplements - Natural HGH supplements are a highly effective means of restoring youth. Such supplements are a safe alternative to HGH therapy and have no side effects.
Such supplements do not contain synthetic hormone. They consist of herbal extracts, amino acids and vitamins that make your body produce more of its own HGH.
